Duncan Orr bolts in the second summer handicap track series race 2.
Duncan Orr managed to run all the way last Thursday after suffering shin splints for several months. Consequently his past performances where he has been only able to run and walk a bit gave him a generous handicap for last Thursday’s 3,000m event. Richard Clavarino ran the fastest time with Paula Lucas continuing to run well inside her handicap. Hot conditions took it toll on many but the roll up was quite surprising considering the time of year.
